Gallup reports 49% of Americans are in favor of making burning the American flag illegal while 17% don't know.


Right now, the Justice Department is mulling pursuing 1 year prison sentences for anyone caught burning the American flag.


This comes as thousands of Pro-Palestine and anti-ICE protests occur around the country, usually featuring American flag burnings.


At Convention of States, we stand for the flag and proudly support those who gave their lives for it.
