Convention of States Action/COSAction

We are deeply saddened to share that our friend and dedicated Maryland COS volunteer, Charles Tittle, passed away on March 5 after a brief battle with lung cancer. Charles was a steadfast believer in the mission of Convention of States and gave his time, energy, and heart to advancing liberty in his state. His commitment and quiet strength made a lasting impact on everyone who served alongside him.

Charles’ wife, Carol, reached out to let us know of his passing and to express how much this community meant to him. In honoring his wishes, the family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Convention of States.

Carol also shared how much Charles respected the COS family and hoped that those who knew him—especially Ginny Rapini and the Maryland team—would be notified. Please keep Carol and their loved ones in your prayers during this difficult time.

Charles’ legacy of service and conviction will continue to inspire us. May he rest in peace, and may his family feel surrounded by the gratitude and love of the COS community.
